This site gives general information about Nightfall Networks. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Nightfall Networks is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site.

Text messages

• Who we text. Nightfall Networks only texts people who have texted us first or asked us to contact them by text. That is how you opt in. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• What we send. Replies and follow-ups in a conversation that you started or asked for.
• How often. Message frequency varies.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets them.
• To stop. Reply STOP at any time. We will confirm once and then send no more texts unless you opt in again by replying START.
• For help. Reply HELP, or email support@nightfall.network.
• Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page.
